The Fall 2025-Winter 2026 Workshop Season is almost over!
Master the craft of Italian sourdough breads in this intermediate workshop at our cozy home bakery in West Linn!
In this hands-on, 3-hour class, you’ll learn the techniques behind two iconic Italian breads: focaccia and ciabatta – both made the traditional sourdough way. We’ll explore higher-hydration doughs, gluten development, and shaping methods unique to these classics.
By the end, you’ll take home beautifully baked focaccia, a ciabatta dough ready for your oven, and the confidence to recreate these Italian favorites in your own kitchen. Perfect for students who’ve completed our beginner class or have some sourdough experience.
Our workshops are both educational and fun. Wine, refreshments, and small bites will be served, and at the end of the workshop we will put one of our freshly baked loaves to a taste test!
