Each week, we bake a variety of sourdough, including our unique, one-week-only specialties. Browse this week’s offerings below and place your order for pickup or delivery.

This Week's Baking Schedule:

Deadline for Spelt orders: Wednesday noon
Deadline for all other breads: Friday morning.
Baking: Friday morning
Deliveries/Pickup: Friday afternoon (pickup in West Linn)
Lake Oswego Market Pickup: Saturday 8:30am-1:30pm

Last market before mid-summer break

This Saturday, June 13th is our last Lake Oswego market before a short mid-summer break – and we want to make sure you're well stocked before we go.

The good news: sourdough freezes beautifully. Slice it before freezing, pull out what you need, let it thaw, and toast as usual – it tastes like it just came out of the oven. Grab an extra loaf (or two) this Saturday and you'll be set for weeks. Bread club members – get your orders in by Wednesday noon to make sure we have enough ready and reserved for you.

We'll be back at the Lake Oswego Summer Farmers Market on July 18 - save the date!

In other news – the inaugural Portland Culinary Farmers Market in the Pearl District this past Sunday was a huge success, and we were thrilled to be part of it. What an incredible community and what a debut for a market that Portland genuinely needed. If you're in the Pearl District, we'll be there every Sunday through mid-July to end of September – come find us at NW 13th Ave between Everett & Glisan,
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

Available year round - savory and sweet sourdough focaccias, most available in two sizes: standard (9"x11") and large party (14"x20").

Available for a limited time:

This fall brought a beautiful harvest from our quince tree, and we turned it into a bright, aromatic preserve we’re proud to share. It pairs wonderfully with our sourdough loaves, focaccias, and crackers.
