Each week, we bake a variety of sourdough, including our unique, one-week-only specialties. Browse this week’s offerings below and place your order for pickup or delivery

Italian Week: Focaccias + Ciabattas are here 🇮🇹

It’s Italian Week at Fokattia – and we’re going all-in on the good stuff. This week’s lineup features our airy, long-fermented sourdough focaccias and freshly baked ciabattas: crisp on the outside, tender and chewy inside, and basically begging to be turned into the best sandwich you’ve had in a while.

Perfect for soups, salads, aperitivo boards, or just tearing into warm with olive oil (no judgment).

Preorders are open until Wednesday 7pm for this week’s bake – grab your favorites before they’re gone.

This fall brought a beautiful harvest from our quince tree, and we turned it into a bright, aromatic preserve we’re proud to share. It pairs wonderfully with our sourdough loaves, focaccias, and crackers.
