Workshop Rules and Cancellation Policy

Dear friends,

Phone Policy: In order to create a high-quality learning environment in our sourdough workshops, we cap each class at 4 students and ask everyone to respect one another — and your instructor — by keeping phones silenced and limiting their use to emergencies only.

Rescheduling Policy: Because we maintain small class sizes, if a workshop falls below 3 participants (whether due to unfilled slots or last-minute cancellations), we reserve the right to reschedule it to another date.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel a workshop up to 3 days before the scheduled date for a full refund. For cancellations made less than 3 days in advance, we will do our best to accommodate you — by rescheduling or placing you in a future workshop. If neither option is available, refunds will not be issued.
