Rye Sourdough Starter

30g. Fed with rye flour.

Feed daily with equal amount of rye bread flour and room temperature water. Discard remaining starter. Make sure to oxidize it by covering with clean cheese cloth. Feed once a week if stored in refrigerator. Store covered.
