Have you been wanting to learn how to make sourdough but think it's too hard or complicated? Or perhaps you already bake but want to improve your sourdough skills and learn some helpful tips? Either way, in my Beginner's Sourdough Workshop by Katya I will personally guide you step by step through the process of making a loaf of delicious homemade sourdough bread.
The workshop takes place at our cosy home bakery in West Linn, and is limited to 4 students only. You will learn how to prep, stretch & fold, score and bake sourdough, and I'll be happy to answer all your sourdough questions.
The workshop lasts for about 2 hours, and at the end you will be a proud owner of a freshly baked loaf of sourdough, and another prepped loaf that you can bake at home, in addition to a complimentary starter, sourdough baking tools, and a recipe you can use for future bakes.
